As the firm’s managing attorney, Rob Pinel provides legal advice to businesses and individuals. He primarily works on litigation. However, he has a diverse background & his areas of practice include business & contract litigation, real estate litigation, employment law, & general commercial litigation. His clients are just as diverse. He represents national & international corporations, local businesses, & individuals.

Rob grew up in Colorado & North Carolina. He graduated high school in Denver, received a B.A. from Columbia University in 1984, worked for a Member of Parliament in London, England before going to law school in Georgia. Rob graduated from the University of Georgia with honors. After clerking for a Georgia state court judge, he began his litigation practice. During law school & his early years of practice in Georgia, he also managed a working farm. Rob & his family have lived in the Lehigh Valley for over 20 years.

Rob is admitted to practice in numerous state and federal courts, including Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Georgia & Vermont, as well as, the Second & Third Circuit Courts of Appeal & the United State Supreme Court.
