Welcome to
Law Offices of
Robert A. Pinel, LLC
It is no secret that attorneys are unpopular. The belief is that they cost too much, they create unnecessary
problems, they speak a different language, and they do not add value. It does not have to be like that. A significant part of our job
is to help people and businesses understand the law, how it works, and how it impacts them.
Our firm handles lawsuits. If you are going to court, it is probably a case we handle. Most people & businesses
will never be involved in a lawsuit, when you are, the uncertainty is unsettling. You do not know how to proceed because you have never
done this before. We help explain & guide you through the court process, as well as, represent you – & only you – in that process.
You will know what to expect & how your case will be presented.
We explore and analyze every aspect your case to be sure you are in the best possible position, that you
understand all your options, & that all the possible options are at your disposal. The process is collaborative and you will know how
your case is proceeding and why. Only by including you in the process can you understand the steps taken to ensure the best possible
outcome of your case.
We also help clients avoid lawsuits. We offer many services related to lawsuit avoidance, such as contract &
Will review. Sometimes though court cannot be avoided. If your case has to go to court, you will be represented by an attorney who
has significant experience & works with you to prepare & present your case aggressively & intelligently.
We appear in court for individuals and businesses in every court in Pennsylvania, New York and New Jersey.
We can even go to the U.S. Supreme Court. We handle many types of court cases, including commercial & business disputes, contracts,
real estate problems, employee-employer relations, & Will/Estate disputes. We specialize in the unusual and difficult. We do not
handle personal injury, divorce, worker’s compensation, or immigration, although we can refer you to good attorneys who do.
"There are two basic kinds of professional; There’s the professionalism that does something well
enough to earn a living from it. And there’s the professionalism that creates a commitment so intense that the earning of a
living happens by the way. Its dynamic isn’t wages but the determination to do something as well as it can be done."
